To deliver the best service levels and out of respect for the confidentiality of data—especially users’ personal data—Shreek Sakn (“the App”) commits to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of such data. The App will only disclose information under the conditions set out in Article (4) “Use & Disclosure”. The privacy terms below form an integral part of the App’s Terms of Use.

“User Data” means any of the following:

• Personal data used during registration.
• Contact and usage-related data, including device language, OS type, and browser type.
• Information entered by the user such as inquiries, reports, and answers to any surveys shown on the platform.

• The user agrees that Shreek Sakn (including authorized personnel), other users, and related parties may access user data to provide the appropriate service, per channels authorized by the user.
• The user agrees that non-identifiable user data may be used in aggregated statistics and shared with relevant parties as deemed appropriate by the App.
• The user agrees that user-related data may be disclosed to non-governmental entities authorized by competent authorities to perform specific government services.
• The user acknowledges that Shreek Sakn may disclose information to competent authorities when necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or governmental/judicial request.

The App may provide links to third parties. The App is not responsible for how those parties collect or use personal data. Users should review the privacy notices of those websites.

To protect user data, Shreek Sakn recommends:

• Contact support immediately if you suspect someone obtained your account credentials or any confidential information.
• Do not share confidential information by phone or online unless you know the recipient.
• Do not share your login information (username and password).
• Do not allow others to use your account on the App.
• Use the platform from a secure device and close unused internet-connected apps.
• Ensure your antivirus software is always up to date.

• Shreek Sakn may update this privacy policy at any time. Users will be notified via their registered phone number or email. The App may terminate the user’s account if they do not accept the changes.
• Arabic is the controlling language for the privacy policy. If any dispute arises over a non‑Arabic text, the Arabic text shall prevail.
• This privacy policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of dispute, the competent authority within the KSA shall have jurisdiction.
